About Culture Coffee

Each episode of Culture Coffee revolves around a CEO and their thoughts on leadership and culture. The one-hour interview will be published in full as a podcast and published in 5x 11-minute video clips within a week on every weekday.

Silvan teamed up with Berlin creative agency, Movact, to produce Culture Coffee. The host and the film crew traveled across Germany to film these episodes in his guests’ headquarters or branches. Out of Berlin, they traveled around to truly absorb the essence of the company and their culture, Silvan interviewed guests in break rooms, meeting rooms, and the workspaces — making sure not to disturb the employees, of course.
